hi and wecome, i also has a saxo vtr and i can tell you if u liked the vtr you will love the 172/182:rasp: i was 21 when i got my 172, was payin £400 for the saxo and it was £800 for the 172, but more then worth it;)

i'd say that sportlines would be the best for what you want:D i love mine and look great! do a search on here;)

yerr i had conti's and they was great but did make a bit of a squeel round the twisty stuff, but only when goin a bit fast;) i think better the the F1's which ive got on the back now and i'm nat happy with them at all:dapprove:

as far as i know they are fitted right, balanced and all that:S i thought that the f1's would be as good if not better then the contis, but dont seem to be:o so i'll put in about 34psi give that a try! so the only bad thing would be wearing out quicker? thanks

looks like it is from the arch:o ive seen this b4, check the inside of the lip of ur arch, only lookin for paint wear and the rubber will take most of the damage! but if not then i really dont know:S
