I did exactly the same thing to the roof of my old Clio (Monaco Blue), got a local dent/scratch company to come out to deal with it - cost me about £100 (did get a few more taken out thou!:oops:) and a few cups of tea! ;)

Hope everything sorts itself out, sounds like you are getting some good advice! :D My only bit of advice is to get any witnesses names and addresses, as it can only help.
When I bought mine, the dealer was great until I got the car, then the service went right downhill waiting for calls about spare keys etc etc. They soon jump when you walk in thou and now get not bad service from them to be honest!
