so the 8mp colourvu cameras use around 25mbps of band width when at full quality, so 4 cameras will use around 100mbps.
so really nothing below 150mbps incoming band width i recon
so here is the spec of mine, its 40mbps bandwidth

I noticed this morning I couldn't view colourvu on the app, so went to check the nvr and it's there. Double clicked for full screen and just a black screen 🤦
Is the camera to new for my nvr, does it need an update? Not that I know how to do that.

The previous camera in that same location suffered from rain on lens issues, picture was crap. So hoping the cover will offer a bit of protection, also given the price of the cameras it will just...
oh hikvision... such a wanker!
so ive relocated my dark fighter, works fine on the NVR but nothing on the app. it just says offline.
restarted NVR, deleted old camera and re-added dark fighter. deleted NVR from app and re added and it just says camera offline.
no idea how to resolve that.
knew it wouldnt just plug in and work :(
hikvision stuff never does.
connected and preview works, but live feed doesnt work and its not showing on the phone app
POE settings are showing its drawing well and i deleted and added again but nothing. also restarted the NVR
New camera arrive and I got one of these hoods as well, give the camera a bit more protection. And hopefully stop a few rain drops getting on the lens

Depending on Camera spec maybe a touch more. Had my hikvision setup for years and love it, way better quality than my neighbours setup. Once setup you never have to touch it, very reliable
