    not worked it out yet, oprv sticking open is common on them but not actually looked at the way the oil feed runs through the block yet.

    just see what it makes first before you start planning what mods to do, standard healthy ones can make anything from 165bhp to 190bhp.

    Probably just the horn. Common to not use it, use it and it's fine and then next time nothing!! Give it them a tap with a hammer and see if that sorts it.

    they are just a pull through and fold back sort of thing. it's mainly the diameter of the boot that causes the problem. what make and part number did you find?

    don't think you can get one from reno? not a normal fitting boot. think gkn might do one though but it's a good few years since i looked.

    your inner cv boot is going to catch on the corner of the block, you can cut the lug off the block if you want.

    lugs are only there for the sas, nothing to do with indicator stalk.

    wrong boss fitted. you haven't got the lugs on it for the boss by the sounds of it.

    It only brings it on when the ecu sees wrong resistance. A lot will only do it on idle when it's up to temp.
