    cut the end off and the new fitting is an interference fit, no heat.

    Engines are scrap once they've overheated, block takes the hit as well. Last I heard engines were on back order from Ford.

    Yup, perfectly normal. If you look online at the tester manual you'll see what it says about springs.

    Pump doesn't prime on first ignition, does it second time. Have had a few now with similar problems.
