two of the errror messages i was getting on start up

no idea, was on facebook, laptop frooze, then blue screen and the laptop restarted and thats where it all started

well things got really bad i nothing worked, so had to reinstall and now im back. must make sure i have some form or backup enabled, is norton ghost free? only 146 windows updates to install!!!

i always install updates jsut tired this and its made no difference. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215 is this like a big issue? do i just copy the old profile to the new one? or are we talking reinstalling windows here?
