im with bt
received messages are there but if i go into sent nothing.
they are on my outlook sent item but now when i actually log onto my bt email account
is it possible that when you send an email from outlook the sent message gets stored/saved on the server?
a bit like when you download emails from your host to your outlook you have the option to leave them on the server. can you do something similar with sent messages?
