got a dell 1300 and the clock runs slow. i double click on the clock, hit update and it corrects the time. then 30mins later its out by like 2 mins, after a few hours its like 15-20mins out. looked on MS website but cant find a fix. anyone help??

lol its mainly used to cool lasers. but im sure you could use one on a pc. one side gets cold while the other gets hot. so you need to cool the hot side, normally bye a heat sink and fan.
