You've put your finger straight on the problem with project management in this sector. You get newly qualified PMs with their goddamn gantt charts and "how things should work" who are all about making sure the customer is happy yadda yadda yadda and they just completely f**k it all up because...
First thing is what do you want to do. “IT” is a vast field and I’d suggest you need to narrow down your criteria a bit.
It can be as soul destroying as any other job if you’re stuck doing something you don’t enjoy.
Entry level anything you’re up against kids but life experience and maturity...
Another +1 for CC, they have real market reach for stuff like that and without being funny about it, that's still a cheap car compared to most of what they sell so you're dealing with people who might pick it up on a whim.
I'd hold onto it for now though if you can, you never know what life...
I cannot wait to drive some sort of enormous 4x4 monster truck down that beach and kill everybody there.
Yes, I have some frustrations to work out in a virtual world, what of it.
PS3 is positively ancient now though.
In the 16” I’d go with the Continental premium contact 6, that’s a tyre which is a match for the Michelin ps4 in performance and it’s cheaper than the ps3 too.
In 15” you’re a bit buggered by a lack of choice :(
I am loving the GTO Titan. I’m not a sim racer at all, I play video games to have fun, but it’s just so much more immersive even with entry level kit on it.
Some of the best money I’ve spent I think.
Already have 👍
It’s great, I can’t feel any flex although admittedly it’s hardly the most powerful force feedback wheel and it’s a lot of fun to use.
The monitor actually works fine. although I’d like an ultrawide for better immersion I can see me just getting another TV.
A lot of tweaking...
It is very big, the rig is ok for people weighing up to 200kg 😳
I could certainly have a smaller seat and still be perfectly comfortable, but overall I’m perfectly happy with the seat.
I’ve yet to actually use it, but impressed with the GT Omega Titan so far. Easy to build, comfortable seat.
OK the other components are a bit “my first sim rig” but I am just using what I had lying around. Must have had the Logitech for five or six years now and never used the thing 😂 A monitor...
Whereabouts are you? For much of the winter in the UK unless you're dealing with snow a winter tyre will be overkill and one of the new generation of all season tyres would be a better fit.
You'll give up a little bit in snow and ice performance but gain elsewhere...
The Ally runs Windows 11 - basically it's a handheld PC so anything you can do with a normal PC to sync your saves will work - Steam cloud, battlenet, Rockstar, as long as they sync between PCs now they will also sync from the Ally.
Just saw this on YouTube, really impressive stuff. I reckon with the Max giving it a bit more thermal headroom performance may be a touch better compared to a non-Max 15 Pro.
I think I'm going to go for the GT Omega Titan. 90% of the strength of the Prime range but a simple two hour build. I can't see me ever needing any more than what it offers.
On the one hand yes I agree USB C is an extensible standard, but on the other who knows what the future holds for tech.
The aim of the legislation is laudable for sure, I’ve no problem with that, it just seems like a bit of a blunt instrument. Time will tell 👍
This is genuinely the problem with mandating a solution.
The market had already completely coelesced around USB C anyway apart from Apple who were gradually going there. So what happens when USB C is old hat (and let's face it, it's hardly new at this point) and someone wants to implement a...
Sign up prompts and then further “reminders” for MS products, suggested content, suggested apps, yadda yadda yadda

So it’s proper skill tree build your own hero stuff then, fair enough.
I don’t mind that as long as it’s not insanely World of Warcraft nerdy and there’s a good plot driving things along, I really enjoyed the DeusEx games for example. I’m more inclined towards combat-first games like the...
I’ve been playing this a bit, and it’s absolutely gorgeous but it’s not grabbing me.
The weapons “feel” insubstantial and the cars drive incredibly badly. I’m only about four hours of play into it though, so I’m wondering if that changes at all.
For me if it hasn't got the Sachs then it's not a trophy and doesn't demand a much of premium over a 182 with Recaros.
Literally the whole point of the Trophy is the Sachs suspension setup and the values they demand are firmly into the collector market now so it has to be right.
"In my day, this were all fields" :)
Honestly, I love you guys but it's like a bunch of grumpy old farts in here, things were so much better in my day.... and I'm nearly 50 so I can say that :ROFLMAO:
The new Clio looks the absolute b****cks in Alpine spec with the blue paint IMO.
It is pretty much the same as the previous generation, just has a new face and new trim.
The pictures really don’t do it justice. It is quite colour sensitive though, didn’t look good in red or orange.
