if i remember correctly mate, the headlights are seperately wired ie not in series therefore seems a common problem to both so either the main fuse or the stalk switch at fault? try getting hold of a multi meter and check you have voltage coming in?

but, if you unplug the red connector and go to halfords and ask for a renault to iso connector, plug them together and then itl fit right into your iso leads on the stereo!the connectors cost about £15

in a cam belt book it says 172 every 72k.......ppl on here say 5 yrs
BUT....................isnt that only in extreme conditions?ie v hot country or really dusty/sandy??????????????????????the book says so!
its prob hot due to high resistance/sh*t connection! cut the end off and get a -ve terminal from a car place. u can buy ones which srew onto the bare wire (they not that reliable tho!) ideally u need to crimp one on. Prob need a hydraulic crimping set
