Laura if you need it i have written a how to for wheel refurbing in the guides section, good luck with the project, im sure you will do a decent job seeing the other work you have done
get some spigot rings mate, they are cheap on ebay and they will fill the gap between the difference in bore size, i think they look quite smart, just change the centres for some renault ones

ok need a little help guys i just got a new router through from sky as the old but the new one seems to be rubbish. i have one pc downstairs which is connected to it via ethernet cable, then 2 pc's and a ps3 that connect wirelessly. however with the new router whenever someone using the wired...
nope mate no fitting instruction or bolts, i would use self tapping screws, one in each end of it. the bottom of the skirts go under the car a fair bit so you can screw some up there as well. combine this with some decent adhessive like tigerseal and it should be fine. use some making tape to...
if your on a budget and looking for some decent bass for your buck you can do a lot worse than the JBL 1000watt sub and amp combo, you can pick them up off ebay (and motorworld etc used to do them) for under £100 with a sub box
or if your compitant with a spray can, refurb them yourself, it will save you a fair amount, it cost me about £45 rather than the £300 odd i was quoted. if you become a premium member then you can view the how to guide i wrote
this man is talking sense, i declare all my mods, i too am building a replica and at the moment i have the sports rear bumper on it as i am getting quotes for a 182 style exhaust. even though it isnt a completed replica and i have only fitted i temperarily (should be going into the bodyshop...
the ones i got came just in primer, i am getting 182 front and rear bumpers fitted and painted and the car colour coded so its all being done at a body shop.
i have a pic of the skirts just held up against the car in the state they come from ebay
ive got the same sideskirts and despite being from poland the shipping was pretty quick.i havent fitted mine yet get a body shop to do it with the rest of the kit. some self tapping screws and decent adhesive like tigerseal should do the the job
nah mate thats not going to happen, with a 60mm drop you will have to take speed bumps slower, if you were going so fast it made your car get airbourne for the springs to pop out it would destroy the car as you would bottom out and the sump etc would get battered
try brentacre they are great. i have a modified car premium with them which means unlimited cosmetic mods and performance mod of +15bhp increase at no extra cost, you can pay more for more bhp
definately do it mate you dont realise how high the standard ride height is. its not that expensive either as i picked up the springs for 45 and lowering was 75 +vat
the 17's will fill the arches more, and once its got the sports bumper and meggy splitter on it will sit lower than the standard bumper and where i live there are loads of speed bumps
woop woop today i got the car lowered on some 50mm lowering springs, it looks so much better and the handling is awesome, i was a little worried the ride would be hard but its not its better than standard and lower. i left the 182 rear bumper on so i could talk to the guy about welding for the...
its being lowered tomorrow (later today as its early am lol) woop woop :)
they came on the car when i bought it, i think you can get them by the roll on bay though
i wasnt expecting this to have been dug up as its a few months old now, but seeing as there are a few questions i thought i would reply.
the wheels are kei racing force 10, they werent my first choice but were cheap so worth it, they need a refurb but will look mint once ive done that.
