I have done the job on the car now i found the inside brake pad had come out, and then noticed that the brake pad retaining bar had been removed i looked on the otherside and the same thing the pds were also lose and the br gone no sign of it.... I have pretty big alloys and am now thinkin...

well me mates got a vtr with 23k on it and my valver has 130k and he can only jus keep my car in sight down most roads, to be honest not knockin vtrs cause i do like them but if its faster than the 16v then theres sumut definatly wrong with the clio.

Hi i was wonderin if any1 could shed some light on a problem i have, while drivin me 16v to pick a mate up i pulled away from some lites and was ready for the next set and put the brake pedal down it ht the floor as it was very soft... i used the gears to slow and pumped the brakes, they slowely...

i failed on mine so tightened it very easy to do, but it just goes slack after few weeks??

hmmm i think that was me my mum will be proud always said id be on tv one day.... and yes thats me but dont like it gonna get one of the very few gud ones of me soon on

On me mates 1.4 rt the battery light came on and if the engine went over 4500rpm the light temperaly went off. but now when it comes on the engine has to do 5500rpm to get the light off. Does anyone know what this is? is it an alternator problem and if so why doesnt the light stay on...
