Did you twist the piston all the way in to the caliper prior to fitting your pads?

I can help but you’ll have to be more specific as there’s lots of bolts, many of which are UNF (fine thread) and not your usual off the shelf bolts that you can find at Halfords. Dm me some pictures of the ones that don’t fit and I’ll work through it with you.

Ball joints ok? Nipped up tight? Personally, I'd strip it all down, clean everything up, replace anything that looks worn and if it's still knocking, drive it in the knowledge that nothing is going to fall off.

Yeah that’s the scraping sound. It shouldn’t be hitting that. So from what I can see : The discs aren’t genuine, the carrier bolts look too long. What could possibly go wrong 😂 Did you buy the discs from Frogjam like I recommended?

I’ve only ever used original discs and always fit it that way. Never had an issue. There looks like some scouring on the inside of that hub carrier mind. Where you’ve drawn red circles around the bolts.

The last photo shows the flat face of the spacer. This goes against the bearing. The first picture of the spacer is bevelled and sits against the spindle. So that goes on first.
