Comin out of the petrol station yesterday, some spaz decided to block the exit, by parkin in the middle then goin for a shop!

geordie, that sounds bang on! my cups accelleration feels so much smoother than my old valver! in fact at first i thought hold on my valver seemed quicker! that was until i had a go with my mates fiesta rs-turbo, which i had troubles keepin up with b4, now i nail him, and thats durin the wearing...

in the handbook, it actually says, stay below80mph, and 3.500rpm for the first 650 miles, and then drive the norm,
i kept below 70 and under 4.000rpm as told by my dealer, once did 650mls took her up to 5.000rpm on the odd little thrash, but didnt abuse it, and keep mostly at 4.000 and under...

let us know how the new wheels handle, im thinkin of goin one up, but dont wanna add too much weight, kinda defeats the object of havin a light weight car, so will need light ones!

things startin to make sense! dont know if you read my earlier post, cos i felt in my old valver there was more control acceleration, (different levels an all that dependin on how hard you pushed! would this explain it?
Also when you floor it, i dont know if anyone else...
Just wonderin how everyone prefers to drive when givin it some welly!?
Especially 172 owners with the lighter accelerator..
Im tryin on mine to see what works better, either simply puttin my foot down and letter it go, or gradually puttin it down, further and further as you feel the power...
