So a wee update. Cant believe its been over a year.
Bad news is, its a bad update.
So last friday I cleaned the car, then went go karting, then crashed it. The term handles like a go kart is porkies.
I managed to bend a wheel a wishbone and a droplink, but wasn't even doing 30, god this cars...
Nice update, After months of hating driving my own car i finally changed the thing i hated most on it. The diff. Now as an ambassador on here for welded diffs I feel I should explain.... The skipping wasn't a problem, the odd handling wasn't a problem. However the welding was. The welds wouldnt...
Proper legend, only thing letting it down is the number plate, but legalities etc. Id still run it somewhere else..... like the window, no copper should give you a ticket when they appreciate the coolness.

RWB cars around Tsukuba, Plenty of kerb hopping.
There actually are videos of these on the road too, they cant be driven down a typical british country road in anger but then thats not what the cars are about, However I could Easily drive those at that height to...
No your right I get that, and the fact its a tiptronic doesn't massively offend me. It's just this feeling that slowly the RWB cars are becoming less of that Japanese unicorn, and more and more "mass produced".
Im sure there's a picture of him working in a crappy garage on the UK car? I cant imagine it was as simple as here's the parts you fit them, as that would be massively disappointing, RWB cars always had more soul to them, Can see them being over produced tat soon.
Pretty Sure the RWB cars are all used on track, and to great success, Race cars arent exactly on stilts are they. I dont like the Rotiforms though, for me its too much of a change from the Japanese RWB cars and as such it looks more like a fashion statement. Still cooler then the gay thing he...
Well no but its pretty much common sense and well reported on the mx5 forums, the frame rails have made massive differences for all who have fitted them, the butterfly brace has improved it yet, and a cage will always do wonders, however not one person has ever gone raving around about how...
Youd be quite wrong to assume the diff mounts make no difference, its infact a massive difference, bomber wont drive his car with a welded diff and the standard mounts so he wont ever feel the way the diff slaps about. When my car was launched the diff would do its best to escape through the...
Only got my head around the mx5 towards the end and started getting some quicker sectors then chris but it was normally too late and his little feet had shuffled to the front.
My soundboard was awesome :)
