Erm, I only know a few things as I'm a bit of techno r****d! I'm getting our resident geek here at work to have a look at the routers next week so will see what happens. Failing that and sky don;t send another router I'm changing back to what worked I think.

I've recently changed from Virgin to Sky broadband due to it being £5 a month rather than £17.99! But, the netgear router is absolute sh!te!! Either it's broken (apparently they're sending another) or it's just rubbish, which I've read about online. Wireless has a range of about 1ft! So...
