That would be the top mount Maz NOT the spring unless they've not been fitted properly! Most sports have to have this altered at some point. yeah sportlines are good but you're still bouncing up and down on that shite renault stick in! Best change the lot.

You need the progressive spring to soak up all the s**t bumps that our roads dish up where as a track is as flat as a witches tit. The apex are still a budget spring though so horses for courses really. But, I'm not saying the Eibach's are worse, they would be best on both road and track.

The right way round would be to change to Eibachs for the road, APEX will be fine on track!
