Front of the engine, beneath the fuel rail guard, (it could even be fuel rail guard and that a bolt/stud has snapped), there's a bar going diagonally, it looks like a support, check it's not loose. And whilst you're there, check the fuel rail guard.

Alternator bracket? I had a very similar sound in my ph1 for the whole first year, turned out the alternator bracket only had one bolt it and was loose on t'other side.

Yep it's the sport spec :) I've added some extras too so it's nearly full specced now! I REALLY want CSL's because they just look amazing on them, but I don't know whether to throw £1000 at it just for wheels... Foam mod already done :o couldn't be without it. Spec wise I'm pretty much there...
