my car does exactly this.. i checked wheel bearings today and my drivers side rear bearing has gone.. however i still think theres more to the problem ive noticed my steering creaks when stationary going lock to lock aswell its a weird feeling while driving not a very convincing one either imo

fitted a sub the other week and everything worked fine.. went to hoover out my car today and tuck the wires under the carpet.. put everything back turned the key and nothing ! just a sort of whine and click from the engine fuse box area.. pulled all the sub wires back out had a fiddle...
