Best bet is to speak to your local signwriters take an image of the stickers your looking to have made up and they should be able to sort these out with little problems, best ones to get are the transfer stickers where each letter has been laser cut, as it will give a better finish.

The Trophy does'nt have one eaither, TBH the only time I like them is when they have been colour coded to match the car. I really dont miss not having one on the car.

Simple answer is no, The PCD is different which means that the bolt holes are aligned differently to those on the Clio. One option is to eaither have the wheels converted (only worth doing on expensive track wheels) Or purschase some conversion hubs.

Had you battery gone dead, if it had the likely hood is all that has happend is the ECU has defaulted back to Factory settings. Alterantively there is a fault with the ECU/Wiring apart from that I am not really to sure?????
