Distilled water for QD as that's a finishing product. Some detailers use filters so the hose pipe/jet wash only gets filtered water, but this is massively overkill for your use. And will cost you £45 a quarter for the filter.
16gb runs out quickly now I have this Spotify premium deal from Vodafone. Didn't think about setting it to "offline" mode, clearly downloads it and stores it in the app, so got a message saying I couldn't take a photo the other day, lol!
Might have to talk to Vodafone about getting a £32 one...
Need to do this. Tbh, with my lack of space and time, I just use what ever is to hand. So Sonax this weekend, C2V3 couple of weekends before, will do C2V3 diluted next time I think.
OK, so as above in that case.
Wash down
Dry
Spray on Tardis, leave for a few mins, wipe off tar deposits with a MF
Wash down (thoroughly)
Spray on IronX, leave to do it's thing (see below) and then rinse
While wet, spray diluted Demon Shine onto the paint and clay with Bilt Hamber Autoclay
Wash...
Caz as in Callum? ;)
What shampoo? Are you looking to polish? Etc
To answer your question, I'd buy dodo juice born to be mild, tripple and more c2v3.
If you need to decontaminate, which, by your other post I'm assuming you do, Iron x, tardis and bilt hamber clay, with some cheap demon shine...
Anyone else getting the reported realignment bug? Thought I was going bonkers when I first saw tapatalk move a few mm left up left up etc. really bugs me when I see it.
C2V3 has better durability and is much easier to use. Having said that, TC isn't exactly difficult to use and layering it will provide decent longevity.
It is also said to look warmer but I can't comment on that.
Easiest place to start is to say what process you need/want to update.
Looks like decontamination, pre wash, filler polish and waxing to me. But what do you currently wash with etc?
If you want personal opinions on the products, we can do that too;
Iron out - iron x still works better...
My issue isn't with your reply to "what is your favourite wax" - everyone's entitled to their opinions.
Christ. Do you have cotton wool in your ears, or are you too much of a baby to accept the truth?
Yes, half the lifespan is the same as your statement.
I've been in the detailing game 20 years. I'm 27 and have been detailing for 10 years. Same thing, roight?
This reminds me of the "nothing comes close to AG" product guy. Presume the same (little bit older and stuck in the 90s) but perhaps with more money...
BOS failed on dad's car (kept in heated garage) far sooner than C2V3. But I guess that's an unfair comparison.
Tried this on the Clio a few years ago and worked well. But it chipped up again in no time as it was a poor spray in the first place.
Looks like cracking results! Not sure about the 2000 wet and dry, but appreciate it was no option... option.
I actually don't know where to start with that. I genuinely said "How... what..." out loud.
Beer time.
Yes I do, by reading it properly, James. Sorry, thought it said you left it out in the Sun while the wax cured!!
Re: This Nilfisk C110 seems a good deal but is it worth going for a more powerful mod
The only real question for detailing in terms of power for these models is whether it creates a decent snow foam. And this model does. So yes, good buy.
The former in my eyes. Just recently topped up my C2V3 and will not being doing anything else until March now. Wheels the same. Arches are still beading from Fk1000p and C4.
They have a gauze to stop crap being sprayed onto the car. This could be blocked. If you search how to clean them there is a guide somewhere. Might solve it.
Presume it's not new?
Yeah as above, my Karcher pulsed all the time when the motor was on the way out or water supply was lower than required.
If it only does it with the lance attached, your lance is either blocked or hasn't clicked in/locked in properly and is causing a back up.
Back up. Giggidy.
Rings true from a personal experience. A little prick (no more than 15) on a bike rode close by me in Leeds a good few years ago, while I was running. So close, he pulled my headphone out as the wire caught on his bike. After exchanging a few choice words, I told him to watch what he was f'ing...
^^^sickened when I saw that a while ago, Chip. Mainly because I know the location well and also have a few locals that drive a silver Corsa that I'd really not want to cross (I don't know the convict).
