Theres probably no difference in weight, well thats what the windscreen guy said and he fits em! The only addition would be the solar insert. The green tint screen goes in other clios iirc so not a bespoke part. Catalogue/brochure talk.

I wouldnt lower myself to his challenge. Let him get on with things in dreamsville.

I got the solar reflective screen replaced by accident. The guy from auto windscreens had already come out and said its worth a lot more than the green tint cup screen. It doesnt reflect f**k all though lol. Still sweat my tits off in when its hot.

I paid about the same a while back for mine to, about £130 iirc. cups are slightly cheaper though at that service cos of the lack of air-con.

not a fan of those euro wheels on that car.

Personally Id keep it as it is but change the wheels back to F1 cups (16" though) and sit her on coilovers, job done. I think the mk1 shape is superb and best left as original as poss. Sorry!

My mates just ordered a 182 cup from tonbridge renault, hes in mexico at the moment and was due to go and collect it on the 14th next week, apparently its there now ready. quite a contrast, he was told the same about the seats. they wont happen for ages.
