Eh?
I understand how it works, just in principle it takes a little longer than I expected. If you start from the absolute bottom, in terms of all your settlements being below 50% with no settlers, you'd be surprised how long it takes just to attract a few - took me a few hours, baring in mind...
When I came to go for 100%, it was the last thing I did, I didn't have a single settlement in working order, the only people at any of them were the mandatory ones who can't be moved - so when I built up Red Rocket I had to use a recruitment beacon and it took ages just to get the 6 settlers I...
Settlements were cool, and I did make a 100% happy one at Red Rocket because I wanted to Plat the game - but it would've been cool if they made them more useful or needed in the game - apart from an early mission where Sturges asks you to do a few things, you never need to have a decent...
The problem I found with this is sometimes you couldn't break down things you had.
For example, Raider Leathers - if you go to the armour workbench, they won't show in your customisable armour, because they can't be customised, this means you can't scrap them in the armour workbench - but if...
I found the building a bit cumbersome.
Sanctuary naturally became home, it's where I sent the Minutemen, and it was always my go to to drop off items in the workshop.
Problem is, workshops aren't transferable, all junk in the workshop is available to be used as parts for building, but only at...
I think it's because it's map isn't too large and is very dense with places - I only wish their were more missions or side missions that used these locations - seems a waste that some areas clearly had a lot of effort put into them but they weren't really very important.
With Witcher and MGSV...
That's the odd thing about Fallout.
I'd say Witcher 3, Bloodborne and MGSV TPP are all better games than Fallout in terms of what they all achieve and do well, but Fallout 4 is probably the most fun.
There's something about Fallout 4 that just made it so easy to pick up and play. Probably that...
Just started this (well a few days ago).
Didn't like it much at the start, but now I'm hooked, once you start to be able to develop motherbase and acquire better weapons it really gets good.
Took me a while to perfect stealth too, on this game it's tough and vital and I can be a bit impatient.
Same, the scope and idea behind it is incredible, and as a concept it's amazing, but I'm not sure how I'm going to feel playing a game that isn't about progression or completion as such.
Getting the unbreakable pins is a waste of a perk - lock picking is quite simple as long as you've got a sensitive touch.
Put the pin in a position, I normally always leave it at 12 a clock and try it there first, then if it gets stuck and starts to rumble you need to move the pin to another...
Warning - this is properly a spoiler, only look at if you don't mind knowing what all the possible story quests are, how you can play them all and at what stage you'll become enemies with one faction or another.

That article shows the speed improvements with some common HDDs. The Samsung one I've got shows minor improvements over the standard one. There's a Hitachi 7200RPM one which is better in terms of speed...
Says Desk, looks big.
You need a drive which is a maximum of 9.5mm thick.
I'd get the Seagate one - if you're wary of Seagate, the actual drive inside is a Samsung Momentus. Lots of people have used the Seagate one and therefore its quantity is known.
It's cheaper to buy a packaged external HDD than it is to buy the drive. I bought the Seagate Expansion Portable 2TB, you can get it on Amazon or from Argos for £60. You take the drive out of the caddy, remove the SATA bit on the end and then it's a simple swap...
Ah, the good old days.
In fairness to Sony, at least they allow you to buy any bog standard HDD - back in the days of memory cards you had to pay their fees for some ridiculously small memory card.
Following on from the thread by @SharkyUK.
Don't just reel off a list of all the games you're excited about, we all know there are some great games coming out in 2016.
Just pick one and give a reason why you've picked it.
For me it's Dark Souls 3. I love the Souls games, a lot of people are...
Reviews make me want this, but I'm also a PS4 owner. :(
Worth getting the Definitive Edition? Can pick it up pretty cheap now.
I loved the original games back in the PS1 days, 1, 2 & 3, kinda went off them a bit after that though, went stale like any long running series tends too, good to see...
