lol! I know, I'm a sucker for getting that back down a bit lower! I know the B14's will go a bit lower then the V2's - I guess that's the only reason why I'm gonna order them instead!
Its a fair few hours, maybe 6-7 something like that? You'll need the correct timing tools as the cam belt will have to be removed to change the water pump. Bumper off will make it a lot easier, and it's only a couple of mins to take it off so you may aswell.
i've read a few good reviews on here about them, i'll be ordering a set. they seem worth it for the price, especially as they can go a bit lower on the back compared to the KW V2's.
this was my problem for the last week. fred showed me the problem when he had it stripped down. aux idler was squeeking and this was what i could hear!
best to get it changed aswell as the aux tens and a new belt, asap tbh mate.
Re: One Year on & £**** spent
What a nice chap the guy from the RAC was! Orange still looks cool - I should have my wheels done in orange back this week too :)
If this is the case, just buy a new cam belt and change that instead of refitting the old one. New belt's don't cost that much compared to a kit. Obviously depends on how long you've had the kit on there for?
It's what you get for buying cheap discs. Best advice I can give is to buy the best OE parts you can find, or in the rear disc case, genuine renault items.
