Ah, I have a 6th Gen iPod to get round that problem, the one that's the same size as a Shuffle and has a screen, it clips onto my trackies.
I would help you look, but Google seems to think earphones and headphones are interchangable; search for bluetooth earphones and get page after page of...
Mine aren't wireless; to be honest, I think they sound poor too - they're too coloured, too much over emphasis on bass, I prefer my £20 Panasonic ones.
Bluetooth degrades quality, do you need wireless?
An input of sorts. I couldn't wear Beats, no way, to be tied in with the sort of people normally seen wearing them, especially gym goers with Beats, they usually also have all the fashion gym gear, stringer vest, Nike Huaraches, Joey Essex haircut.
My mum bought me a pair of the Beats earphones...
This whole thread went mental when I suggested he only need a decent midrange tyre, as you've just said, but then the whole 'if you don't buy superduper racing Pirelli's then you'll crash and die next time you turn a corner' crew came out.
It's funny, you've tried to make me look silly, but because you've not read the thread and have just quoted my sarcastic comment, you look silly.
God save me.
I agree, I think everyone on this forum would agree. But as Jaff pointed out, the extra offered by premium vs mid-range is only really worthwhile or a proper sports car.
I'd probably run ditch finders on a 1.2, probably be able to have a bit more fun that way.
(I am joking).
If you're pushing the limits of grip offered by a decent mid-range tyre, on public roads, you need to consider your driving style before you worry about tyres.
What top rubber was that? Was it some sort of sport performance offering from Michelin or Continental? I'm not saying you don't have to buy from the top brands, I'm saying you don't have to buy the top tyres from the top brands, I advised OP to get some Michelin EcoRun's or whatever they're...
Here we go...
How many people do you think buy premium tyres, in all honesty? Probably about 10% of the motoring public, 20% at most, so do the other 80% end up in a ditch every weekend? No.
I have P-Zero's, because I own a performance car, but if I owned a Fiat Panda, or a 1.2 Fiesta, or a...
You better go take it right now to have full tracking then, otherwise you might die.
OP, you need braided lines too, they increase braking performance, without them you might not be able to brake before you hit a tree.
How many people are going to come to buy your 1.2 Clio, advertised for £1k, and turn away because it's fitted with Uniroyal's and not Pirelli P-Zero's? I mean really?
This guy does 30k a year, he's not putting them on infrequently?
Do people even read the threads they post in these days?
I give up, OP, all tyres that aren't the most expensive you can possibly buy are worthless, completely and utterly and you'd be raving mad to even consider not spending all your money on tyres.
Don't know about huge difference.
The 65's will probably make the ride smoother, although some might say too smooth and therefore a bit wallow-y/lack of response from the road. That's the thing I miss about my old 1.2, because it did have a higher profile, and the suspension wasn't so hard, it...
To all the people who have suggested PS3's, because that's what you run on your 1*2's - you can't even get them in a size for a 1.2 Dynamique, or any performance tyres regularly mentioned around this place, it's moot. Companies aren't making performance tyres with 65 profile.
This is why I suggested mid-range, good enough to keep you on the road, but you don't want to pay top whack every couple of months for a new set. It's diminishing returns to scale, £20 a corner will be horrendous, £40 will be much better, going to £65 will be better again, but not by as much as...
Top of the range tyres make sense on a performance car, but not on all cars, if they did, then no-one would buy anything else.
I'm not saying run on ditch finders, I'm saying maybe get Uniroyal's or Kuhmo's rather than top of the range Michelin or Continental. When I have a budget, I'm not...
Above mentioned are overkill for a 1.2 I'd say, just get a decent midrange tyre - not sure who offers the best right now, but Kuhmo used to be a good midrange brand.
Torrent? Give £20 to charity if it makes you feel bad.
In fact, if you've got a legit key, you're not really doing anything wrong.
I think I have a copy of ML on a bootable USB, I can upload that or send it to you if that helps?
