yeah thats the only prob i suppose. unless someone on here did you a favour and did some measurements of their frame and passed them on to you. just hope when i order them there's no problems when i come to fit them. first thing i will have done to the car - bound to mess something up!

not sure why they wouldn't fit! im ordering the imola pro standard width so they can be used with x-low subframe :)

yeah that's me! did you get your seats direct from cobra then? hopefully have more info tomorrow - or if mine turn out to be the same as yours when they arrive, ill just cut the piece out in the inner sill.

mine's been on for 6 months now, looks pretty new still, obviously odd stone chip but nothing major.

i was told that you didnt need adaption bars for: seat - side mount - xlow frame. that's it as far as i can gather. rich y2, i sent an email and spoke to cobra again today, there looking into that issue with sill for me - what did they say to you?

rich y2, did you talk to cobra yesterday at all about the frame / inner sill? i asked them about it but they wasnt sure when i spoke to them.

i think they do yeah, but check with cobra you might need adaption bars. they'll tell you anyways.

so ben would you say, if the lug fouls on the inner sill, it would be better to just cut out that section in the sill so it sits flush. and then undo that big torx bolt holding on the seat belt rail and screwing the harness eyelet into there?

yeah can you pop that sill off and have a look for us? would be nice to know as im getting these ordered on friday! want to be prepared so there's no problems come fitment day - i have no experience with cars :) i personally dont think that the outer lug is designed to bolt to inner sill...

So if you look back up at that second picture that rich posted, where the outer lug is up inside the inner sill - is there a threaded mounting hole behind there? or did you mean where the seat belt black bar attaches to the sill - therefore it wouldnt line up surely?

i think the two outer brackets weren't made for bolting to the car, pretty sure they were for harness attahment / seat belt pre tensioner mount point.

as far as i can make out from pm'ing people and reading other's threads, the four bolts on the frame that you've secured are enough. the outer lug can be used to mount harnesses on to, but can also be hooked (if you've got that type) on to that black pipe part in your 2nd pic. or - if you...
