Yeah, engine wise, I'm between mild tuning or just going balls deep and dropping an M52 in it.
One costs a lot but is a lot more hero, the other is mild tuning.
Nope, I'll be swapping over to a little Clio 1.2 on the 17th November.
It'll just be a little run around, with the BM being my "pride and joy" for want of a better phrase.
Nah, my Clio is Racing Blue, and the BM is Topazbraun metallic.
Yeah, I live in Sale, so only a few miles away.
I've probably seen you about tbh, not that many Abarth 500's around.
LOL! Depends how long it takes to start the '21 :o
Yeah, as per last week, you can drop your stuff off before we go out if you want.
If you drive to mine in a Wookie outfit, I might piss! FLOL!
Have you driven an M10 316? It's no lap record holder, but it's nippier than you might think, helped mainly by the lack of weight in the car of course.
Some (reasonably) simple mods see it with decent power. I would love an M52 in there, but it would give a similar BHP/Tonne as the E36 M3 and...
:o
I feel if whatever I do, pleases the guys on here, it will be a somewhat contrasting reaction over on BMWE21.net!
They're all quite, 'original' shall we say.
Yeah, whatever happens to it, I'll look to be doing it "properly".
I don't want to start hacking and cutting it to bits, hence why I've already started eying up rough E21's as potential donor cars so I can always return this to standard, as that would be the most important thing to me.
Yeah Trafford, tbf mate, it doesn't really go 'sideways' more of a little 'step'.
I need to take you for a spin in it tbh, I think you'll love it's uber retro-ness :)
