Ive been pulled, i think once in a year and a half of owning one. I think 16v Clios have a discreet look to them, they are badged only as Renault Clio on the boot on most models and dont have much else. Therefore dont really attract that much attention from the wrong places..which i like! Si

Thanx was thinking that way. What are the codes id need to look out for to get the correct box? Ive been told the original Williams Box = JC5 014 and the replacment item i.e recon box from RUK would be a JC5 S09..are they the same thing? and would either of these do? Also have been offered...

Hi all, Its time for a new gearbox, for my little 16v, The box i have is a JB3 xxx and its on a 1993 16v. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me which boxes would fit my car and what the Codes are? Would the Willy box go straight on? i hear theyre a bit stronger? Thanx Si
