Ok well I guess this has run its course, it looks like it would be a fairly close run thing, neither of us are exactly formula 1 drivers so I doubt there would be much in it there. As I say it's entirely theoretical anyway, neither of us fancy loosing their licences for the sake of a street...

Good point, I would say his car is in average condition at best, the body work is ok as it had a respray at some point but the engine defintaely sounds rough, I even remember him moaning about some sort of engine rattle a while back, not sure what came of it, still goes so I assume it's ok...
I figured it would be a close call to be honest, having been in his car it doesnt really feel all that quick to me but it difficult to say, the power delivery seems very smooth so you dont feel like your being thrown back in the seat with acceleration or anything but I guess it does clock up the...
They're such good fun arent they ! It's great to be able to swap between the 2 cars as they are so much fun in very different ways, best of both world's maybe :)
Having been inspired by DrRollo's thread a few pages back I thought I'd take some quick snaps of mine and the Missus' cars. Nothing fancy but it was a nice day so why not.

Which ones are debatable, everyone will have a different opinion, I have Toyo Proxes T1-R's on mine, they're relatively cheap and perform more then sufficiently.
Back to Standard, I know exactly what you mean about it wearing a bit thin. Much more useable with back seats and looks nice and tidy again. You can always take them out again if you do a trackday etc.
