The original Desire is still the best Android phone until the dual cores arrive in a month or 2. Get it rooted and the battery life lasts 18 hours easy. The Desire HD is too much of a brick tbh. Another Android phone to look at is the Incredible S
Although I am not blind I only use one eye. My left eye is so much better then my right eye that my brain cancels it out and only uses it when it needs to. I have a hard time seeing it in the cinema also and the only 3d effect ive seen is the floaty things in Avatar
Just an update if anyone cares -
Got a call back and got offered a BB Bold 9780 - £25 pm, unlimted texts, 300 mins on 18 month
or sim free £10 p/m 300 mins, unlimited net and texts for 12 months.
Rejected both, now keep getting calls from different teams askin why etc - starting to do my nut in.
I hate my connection - I am exactly in the middle of 2 different exchanges. The one I connect to hasn't got any capacity left so everyone in the town can't get a new broadband connection until the end of 2012 because BT won't upgrad eit. It is a joke.
Just had retentions ring me -
offered me sim only - £10 p/m, 300 mins, unlimited internet and texts (12 month).
Or with a Blackberry Bold 9780 - 300 min, 500 text, £25.54 on an 18 month.
Told them I was going to go with GiffGaff - 150 mins, unlimited text and internet with no contract to get...
Yeah I will sometimes go over either abroad internet/0800 calls/picture messages - But whatever the bill it is paid on the same date every month by DD. Im hoping some retentions team call me back offering some silly deals
I have just rang Voda for my PAC code as I am coming to the end of my contract and expected them to try and offer me some deals. So I request it and all I get is an "ok you'll get it within 48 hours." - Expected more of a fight! Have they always been like this?
Got so many to choose, couldn't possibly choose one -
Pokemon (wasted many hours on the gameboy)
World of Warcraft (Again wasted so many hours)
Starcraft 2 (Never got to experience 1 but play this for hours on end)
Football manager (Any of them, spend hundreds of hours per year on it)...
The HTC Incredible is going to be their flagship device this year, that article was a week before mobile show in Barcelona. There was no mention of the pyramid.....
The new HTC's are basically this generation in a nice new shiny case. Not worth updating to at all imo. Samsung and LG are going to be the pick of the next gen Android phones with their dualcore processors (which actually increase battery life because of the less voltage needed to power them.)...
