Yeah sealed up fine, used a new gasket also. Any good exhaust place will be able to fix that for you and get everything lined up.

Mine rotted away also metal is absolute garbage, get a exhaust place to add a new flange. I welded a couple of nuts on to mine and used some threaded bar as a quick fix, still going strong now. Pics of the cat end but you get the idea.

I wouldn't say a faster rack, springs and new bumbstops is comprehensive tbh more like little tweaks not that, that's a bad thing.

Think the only extra chassis changes, are springs and a stiffened rear beam on the trophy. As an everyday car the trophy makes sense, if you where planning on modding may aswell go bog standard 200t with remap, exhaust and susp upgrades as you say.
