Best Clay Kit for a beginner.

That to be honest. Although just get the kit with the one bar and the spray. Around £15 I think. Really good stuff for minor deposits. If you have anything more serious on the paint, ie. tar, overspray, you'll have to buy a more heavy duty meguiars one.

quite embarisin but still need help!

scrub the stuff off and give it a good APC with something like flash/daisy with a 1:4 dilution. Let it dry, the drensh it in fabreeze. you might need to scrub it again after that has dried to remove any water marks it might leave. Never pick my mrs up in my car for this reason. I've had one...

    Supagaurd - HELP

+10000000000.... waste of money! Give me the £550 and I'll fully detail it ;) It's just a sealant on the exterior, and they'll do a crap job of applying it. Interior wise it's an impermiable spray to stop liquids absorbing through

    FerodoDS2500's do you file them?

I think that's what's wrong with mine to be honest. They have plenty of clearance now and squeek more than they used to, but I have done a few track days, so it might be worth trying to remove the glaze really. Speaking to Chris a while back now and he said that the scooby forum aren't a fan...
