Might be worth going under your car and using a wire brush and some WD40 or something similiar on the underside of the bolt that holds the seat in. As it just screws through the floor and is open to the elements, it can get rusted and if you could clean it up a bit before removal, it should...

You dont actually NEED a rotary, unless your lazy :P I got good results with wet dry, wet dry, megs scratch X and then a bit of srp and wax to protect them, my photos are ion the link above^

LOL. Road noise doesnt sound good imo. There was a black 182 ff in inverness for sale, 55k miles, FSH, belts done, £2500. You just have to search about!
