Insurance is the issue with the 172 as its 5.6k for the year. So unless you are offering to pay then that's a big no no :( I need a new car tbh and I lovethe mk 2 ph2 clios, figured a 1.6 was the best option, never thought of a derv though. Which would be the best model to go for ...

i dont know too much but i'd think as long as its fully repaired and is cheap enough, then the only problem you really have is selling it on. i think i would buy one if i could insure it.

do all dynampiques have auto lights or is it just a certain year? i thought it was 2005+ that had them?

mines the same as this. 2002 1.2 16v dynamique, rear fogs work, front do not. wiring is there, ive been planning on putting it to renault to get them fixed but figured its a bit pointless cause i would never use them. wouldnt mind knowing why they dont work though? also, i dont have auto...

i had this problem with my non sport. not sure if it could be the same but mine was the throttle pedal sensor if i can remember correctly.
