when i start the car up.. the revs go straight to zero and come back up to 10 or 5 depending how cold the car is is the ht leads something that need changing at some point?

sometimes my cars seems to be struggling to build up speed.. it also drops speed sometimes as if the car is choking...it feels like im using the wrong gear "when im not" ive recently changed my coil packs and spark plugs! anyone know what it could be?

got my car done for £150... all around, except front obviously.. remember mk3's windows are quite dark already so dont go too dark, unless you want to though :)
