I thought they were OK so long as the background is reflective, the letters not reflective and the lettering in such a font or very similar to the prescribed font?
+1 :D

Just in case you didn't get that post, it was being pretty sarcy in a jokey way...
Anyhoo... Anyone can give any spin or angle to any fact or law you like (as publishers will no doubt do). And besides, it's not clear cut subject like land law or anything.
Technically they shouldn't be on the road though. You're also referring to night-time, whereas this thread is for the most part about using lights in the daytime :)
As for picking "glaring" differences (excuse the pun) between cars and bikes... it's pretty easy to distinguish between 1 light and 2... ;)
Not being funny or anything, but MCN is going to have just a teensy bit of bias towards bikers isn't it?
I usually turn mine on out of habit when I start the car - there's a fair few countries where you have to do it.
To be honest it makes it much easier to judge how far away / how fast a car is travelling. Hard to explain unless you've spent a bit of time somewhere like Finland and then come back...
Didn't MB try to introduce a chrome paint, but were denied as the car was only partially visible due to the chrome reflecting everythign? or someting along those lines?
Looks an awesome colour though! Not a fan of the kit really...
An "182 FF" with both cup packs is effectively the top of the line one. A "182 cup" means that you get the "better" suspension at the expense of xenon's, climate control and other creature comforts :(
To see which colours are available in which model see Fubar's guide here
What you practice breaking it? ;)
Any noticeable things? I've been getting less mpg recently but I think that's mainly due to going from my set of 14" winter tyres to 16" summer wheels. could be wrong though?
