If you have Xp then it comes with Windows movie maker. Ive used this to shrink down loads of vids. You can turn 700mb vids into 70mb vids quite easily, so should hopefully work with yours.

What annoys me is i dont seem to be able to slow the replay down, or rewind. Its a pain in the ass trying to get the shot you want, for example in the air, as if you miss it you have to watch the footage through again. Anyone know a way around this?
