Easiest is to find an ISP that supports line bonding but I don't know of any Wifi providers that do.
Other than that you're looking at an expensive load balancing router and lots of time messing about in Linux.

If your pings are 20ms or less then you're on Fastpath. Above that you'll have interleaving turned on.
In the ideal world yes as they're just errors but in reality you'll always end up with CRC and FEC errors. From the amount you have it doesn't look like the modems been synced with the DSLAM for very long.
