Ok, think i understand that the airbox simply needs to be removed and the new piping fitted. I dont think ill fully understand how to do this till i get in the engine and start ripping it apart :)
But still bit confused over where the filter/breather pipe needs to be fitted and where the ICV...
Ok, seems a bit complicated to me, especially as i cant imagine how to expose the throttle body (take the black box out).
I changed the air filter myself before and that was simple, just cant imagine how the rest of the airbox is removed and where to put the breather etc.
Matt left it with nothing attached, apparently a lot of people do. will the oil breather affect performance in any way?
I was hoping adding a closed induction kit would give slightly more performance (0.5hp at most) whilst still maintaining a nice sound
What about those 2 sensors just left of the throttle body?
What is a breather filter and oil breather?
I was told when i was sold the following that it would be all i needed to fit a induction kit (so long as the induction kit fits)

EDIT - viper has caf as well, i know how to fit that, just dont understand which bits of the existing airbox/throttle body i need to remove!

Also, got a few questions about the induction kit... how loud is it? is it constantly a deep sound or only at certain revs?
Also, how would i go about securing the kit to my engine bay...

Dads friend came round and packed it full of cv grease and Cv boot clip replaced.... hopefully all good now! no tears in the boot so touch wood should be fine :)
What do you mean take the risk with 100w?
Im interested in the bulb colour over brightness as hardly use main beam and fog lights do naff all anyway.. more for looks!
I need foglights and main (full) beam.
I want all my bulbs to be the same colour, it gets very foggy where Im currently living so i use foglights a lot and want them to be bright white like everything else
Whats a motrio gaitor? where do i get one? Is this the black gaitor that might have a cut in it?

Seems to be the CV joint. What should i look for?
- Jubilee clip snapped?
- Broken gaitor?
can someone please tell me more about this? do i need to top up the grease? will i need a new driveshaft?!!
