...flyered my car in Cov uni car aprk on Thursday. Was a mk1 blue RSi, very low, wiht a big cli9osport sticker ont eh back window, and and big ClioSport sunstrip. Was a printed flyer off the website

Check that the handbrake cable ist stuck on, and that the handbrake isnt engaged on that wheel. Ohterwise check the wheel bearings etc. have there been any warning signs, ie strange noises/vibrations etc? How old is the car? Milage etc?

Never used to fully understand the concept before either. You cant fully appreciate the humor value you get outa it untill you actually have a sleeper. My RSi isnt exactly a sleeper, but looks similar to a 1.2/1.4 clio.....great fun when you cane someone off the line, when they are all cocky...

Wont be the CV join will it. On Clios they are lubricated by the gearbox oil, and so if its leaking you woudl notice oil on the ground, did when mine was leaking. Sounds to me like wheel bearings

Tried contactsng that bloke, he says he cant get mk1 keys anylonger, god knows why reno still do them

Go to a scrappy or infinicar, and get the receiver unit outa the roof, and the matching key, take the keys aaprt and swap the circuit board over.

Best thing is pull teh carpet up in the back and see where the water is running from, collects in rear footwell cus its the lowest point, also takwe the boot carpet out(just lifts out) and see if any water is commig in from there.....spray the car wiht the hose
