4-2-3-1 works quite well but uses wide CAM's instead of wingers/wide midfielders. It's also quite cheap for buying modifier cards unless you search for the players in the correct formation. I'm using 4-1-2-1-2 which seems good.

I'd say Aguero needs a partner. Van Persie works well creating for him. I'd say Tevez would be superb alongside him. Bale is great, really quick when he gets going and the 4-1-2-1-2 allows both LM and RM to get forward down the wings. Kompany is also quality.
