Looking out of the window, I can't see the black bits either. So may be there were a few that didn't have them.

By sounds of it you have got both packs. The anthracite wheels show the suspension pack, and obviously the bigger spoiler shows the spolier pack.

That is easier said than done when you rely on your car to get to work and back! I was going wrong in circles when I had this problem, and it went on for weeks. I can't just not turn up to work for weeks well I wait for Renault to get their act together. I work 30 miles way from where I live.

Nope, I didn't get it either. But it worked, so that that is all I care about. Renault are absolutely useless, and I have made a promise to myself that I will never go to a Renault dealer again. They do not know what they are on about, and are of no use what so ever.

Wot is the prob with yours Iain? Are they saying it is cos the compensator is missing, or cos the rear brakes aren't efficient enough, which they then put down to it not having a rear compensator? I had quite a few problems trying to get mine through its MOT, and Renault UK were no help...
