    Once a week on average. I only use my 172 for B road drives and track days, and in 8 months have already done 4,500 miles!

    Why wouldn't I ? I still get lots of enjoyment driving my 172 and it's great on B roads- Uk tracks and fantastic around the 'Ring. That would never change, regardless of what else I had parked in the garage.

    I disagree. If I had a garage full of toys ( GT3 RS 4.0, Caterham R500 etc ) I would still take the Clio out for B road blasts, on trackdays. OT I am nearly 33 and own a 172, have done for just under 10 years now!

    Fit a small non airbag wheel then? My 172 passes MOT fine with a Sabelt 330mm wheel.

    197/ 200 steering wheels aren't that hard to fit IIRC.

    Either you are buying crap Velcro coins/ pads or applying them wrong.

    I got a pack of rubber bungs from Halfords. Removal of rear wiper has no effect the auto wipers.

    I agree. Cars IMO look 100 better without fugly UK plates on. I always run on track with them off too.

    I've had the same Velcro coins for over 4 years without any problems.
