How much is a new CV boot on these? The clip has gone on mine and now have an offside front wheel full of grease to worry about once I've fixed it.

I'll test drive a 200 and decide from there. I know the R27 feels like it would sodomise my 172 through the corners but doesn't feel very brutal in a straight line.

Has to be reflective white front an yellow rear. Can't be honeycombe and can't have slanted text.

My dad is 63 and I couldn't imagine him driving an RS. He's gone from a Rover 25 to a new Vectra. Thing is he's always wanted a Jag so I don't understand why he hasn't just bought himself one as it's not like he couldn't afford it. Gonna get on his case when I see him next for being too sensible!

on a 172 cup or your 182FF? Mines a 172 so has the air con and all sorts of s**t to contend with so not a simple job. Can get a second hand unit for £30 but need to sort out fitting and not any garages local to me in Melton Mowbray I'd trust as it doesn't sound a 5 min job.

Well mines bit the dust. Wont start without a jump now. Proper fooked off as need car for work next week and only got monday off. Any ideas where to take it in east mids. Closer to LE14 3YG the better. Cheaper the better also :'(

How did you sort this mate? Did it make a burning smell as well? Mine is making quite a bit of noise like you describe and noticed a burning smell :(

Ideally up to £500. Sit probably 6' away from one sofa and about 9-10' from the other. Currently got a 32" widescreen CRT and the cabinet is about 40-42" diagonal so could go up to 42 but may look a little bit big.
