FYI Martin mine was mapped on semi slicks with the pressure a bit low so on RS Tuning rollers is made 152 at the wheels and the printout said 184 at the flywheel. So then when I had mine mapped on the ITBs (with the same wheels and tyres) it made 172 at the wheels and that worked out as 208bhp...

Mine is 22.2mm. And @Russ Rallye sold a cup one a while back and I'm sure that was 22.2mm. The non abs Kangoo 1.9 runs the same cylinder iirc.

Double check that master cylinder. It has 20.6 stamped on it but the cup cylinder is 22.2mm. You might have been sent a base spec non abs cylinder :(

There's no way you'll have overheated them...1200 degrees C brakes on a Clio?! I'd say your discs will have warped before the pads go outside of the operating temperature. They might clean up with some road use.

I've always had hardcoated windows, it's worth the extra over normal polycarbonate imo. The ones I've got ordered for the Clio are the same.

It'll be pad deposits I reckon. The only time I've managed to avoid it with Ferodo pads is when I've run grooved discs. The CLs seem better but a few people have issues with them of the pad coming away from the backing plate. That's mainly on the RC6 rather than the 5+ though. You could try...
