I do love my 172 in silver but i'm undecided what colour my next car will be, but there's a very good chance it will be silver.

I do exactly the same tbh, unless i'm in a hurry - i'll be in gear, hand brake off and pulling away just as i close the door (obviously a few minor details have been purposly missed off ;) )

That reminded me of a plate that was up for auction, TUR 80S, Sold for 13/14k a few years back. Also, I think private plates can be quite interesting when you find what you can make up, it gets even more interesting when you find what some are worth!
