I think they're illegal but most people get away with having them on.

Not sure that i like the plates now i've got them, they look too 'fancy' i think i preferred my standard plates :dapprove:
Spotted these three all within 5 minutes at around 4pm today in coventry.
- Naples Valver passing the uni library
- 172 black or blue cant remember
- mk2 phase1 in black on 17s
Mine's a right pain in the arse.
Bucket seats & Harnesses mean its hard work getting in and out of, stripped out rear so shopping goes flying allover when it's in the back.
Had 17's on for about a year and you could feel every pebble on the road! Just got some lightweight 16s and the car feels...

Yeah the dished minilites did look superb but i'd need coilovers to run them and probably arch work. These might not be permanent yet but they will do for a few months at least until i make my mind up :)
Been after a new set of wheels to replace the huge 17s for the past few weeks. I was offered these lightweight 16" Wedsport RS-5's at a great price with almost new continental tyres. They're rare as fook too!
