That's it, I'm off out to spend £2k on a decent PC that will allow me to sit on my own up close to a monitor and shoot some bad guys. These consoles which have offered me thousands of hours of gaming time can go to hell now.

I'm still to play Saints Row 1 or 2, but have been told they are better games than Grand Theft Auto and offer far more customisation and depth. That I'm dubious about. Regardless :

Yeah it looks incredible. The facial animations are absolutely fantastic.

Bought. Also, formatting would erase everything yes, including the operating system. It's probably the safest and most reliable way to erase everything from the hard drive though. Failing that, you could just go through all your folders in Explorer and delete things you don't want on there...

Well, not quite. I said an RB182, whereas a Clio is any Clio across the range not just limited to the racing blue colour. I think that was the problem - the colour of the car. As another example, my P1 looked great with flaps on. Other Impreza's looked turd. etc.

Noticed a RB182 yesterday with mudflaps, and thought it looked awful. Got me wondering, can the Clio look good with flaps on? I certainly won't be adding them to mine, but just out of curiousity, post up some pics of Clio flappage?

The lighting effects and destruction of pretty much everything is fantastic. Looks like it's all well under way, too. Autumn can't come quickly enough. I'd have liked to reach rank 50 on BC2 first, but there's no chance of that. The ranking up markers just get higher and higher.

Check this out before EA no doubt remove it : Awesome.

Can't really decide. Difficult one. Single player games for the PC, I'd have to say any of the Championship Manager series. Single player games for consoles, I'd say GTA : Vice City or San Andreas. Single player games for next gen, Uncharted 2 on the PS3. Two player games, Pro Evo Soccer 4 - 6...

Yeah I don't have many Ace pins but I've played more than 600 games of Conquest. I love it too. Such a great, involving game. I'm really looking forward to BF3. LA Noire and BC2 will set me up until it's released.

^ PMSL. Just had a few games. Some of the guys playing this are serious pro's. Rank 50's are mental at how much they know and can fire with accuracy. I'm on R34 at the moment. Also just checked the leaderboards to see who's been playing the longest, as I thought my 280 hours or so was crazy...

Yeah noticed you were playing Squad DM so didn't bother with the invite etc. We were top 2 in the final round of Panama, you beat me by 5 points lol.

Don't bother with Fight Night mate, the collision detection is awful at times. Gally is on PS3.
