Depends on how stiff it is mate (because they are a bit stiff anyway) my 16v clutch pedal was well stiff so much so that the clutch cable snapped, the garage that fixed it said the reason the clutch was so stiff was because it was on it way out. Tim.

How come my 172 only made 121BHP@the wheels at PowerStation!!!!, there had got to have been something up with it before the engine blew up to be that down on power??? Tim.

Baffled same hear, gona ask the dealer what they have done to it when i go to pick it up. Renault UK wont give me the damage report which seems a bit dodgy, looks as if they are trying to cover somthing up to me. Tim.

I’m 23 at the moment and I have a MK2 172, I also have had a 1.2 Clio and a Clio 16v. I got my valver when I just turned 20 it cost me £5K and the insurance was very expensive £1400 FC!!!!!, taking into account I only earned about £14k a year then this motor was skinting me out big time. So...
