Stu - Have you wired the brake light up mate? Not even looked at mine to be honest. Can you just cut off original connector and join the wires?
Yup have wired the light up :) Easy job just take the original connector apart and pull the 2 wires out the back, then just plug the wires straight...
I think they should do they look the right shape. If not look here http://www.body-kit.co.uk/acatalog/renault_clio_mk2_side_repeaters.html there are some nice smoked ones for like a few pounds more :) Oh I would recommend getting the chrome bulbs too make such a difference
I used 2 screw drivers, one top and one bottom to pop them out. Just get some thick white tape and put it round the repeater so you dont damage the paintwork. Done 2 pairs now and no damage :)
I have one and yes it is loud :) very boomy up until 3k revs then it sounds nice. Mine is just deciding to fall down for the fourth time now too. Think im gonna go to H&S and get a proper one, have had nothing but problems since I got it.
IMO you need to change the front lights back to standard and put smoked side repeaters on it :) Everything else looks cool. Am liking the smoked rear lights and spoiler (prob cos I used to have the same spoiler on my old RT)
If your on a tight budget the first mods I would do is silvatec bulbs front and back, alloy tax disc holder and de-sticker the whole car. Maybe some totally plain number plates too :) Then move on the bigger things when you can afford it.
These :) http://www.rarerims.co.uk/product_details_alloys.php?product_id=bfbf20a464e4bca765a0ce036873ac99&varient_id=58c0df31b1be9d8320a2681ddbf5f182&colour_id=fc806948850657f656fc5f9e43fb5e94&size_id=3&pcd_id=1
K-tec do them expensive though!! http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=222 Also get some silvatec bulbs for them :) http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1419 Prob try and source them from somewhere else as bit cheaper.
